  • I took on a pivotal role in overseeing and upholding the management and upkeep of AD, GPO, NPS, and Remote Access Management, contributing significantly to the establishment of standardized operating procedures.
  • Implemented an automation strategy leveraging Powershell and Intune to streamline the deployment and administration of critical business applications, leading to a substantial reduction in time-to-deployment.
  • Emerged as the subject matter expert in the Microsoft 365 Admin Suite, providing advanced troubleshooting and support for services as such Azure AD, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Sharepoint and Intune.
